Tai Ji – Tai Chi
The Eternal Flow Of The Tao
Nature’s Way
The Teaching of Unification
The Path to Experiential Awakening
Welcome to the Tao!
“To the All – To the Source”
The place where everything flows from
and where everything will return to.
Awakened is anyone
who through experience
has let go, connected,
acquired the qualities of it
and became the Tao itself.
“Nikos Sanidopoulos”
Without Self-Without Ego-Go with the Flow
Out of Dualism-One with the All
The glow and shadow of swords is not my Teaching,
The emptiness of the sky and the vastness of the oceans are my True Nature.
Both hands move in unity,
Neither black nor white,
Neither good nor bad,
Since victory doesn’t exist, how can defeat be born?
When you have not departed, there is no question about return
The Awakened Mind shines without sword in hand and without dust in the heart.
True Heart-True Mind means going with the flow and moving freely where the wind blows.
The conflict of words and opposing forces or binary perception do not match my perpetual flow,
The emptiness of the sky and the vastness of the oceans are my True Nature.
Both hands move in unity,
Neither illusion, nor reality,
Not slow but not fast either
Since victory doesn’t exist, how can defeat be born?
Where there is no motion, there need be no stillness.
The Awakened Mind shines without sword in hand, when the heart is pure.
True Heart-True Mind means going with the flow and, like the wind, be free to move.

When you understand, reality depends on you.
When you don’t understand, you depend on reality.
When reality depends on you,
that which isn’t real becomes real.
When you depend on reality,
that which is real becomes false.
When you depend on reality, everything is false.
When reality depends on you, everything is true.
Thus, the sage doesn’t use his mind
to look for reality,
or reality to look for his mind,
or his mind to look for his mind,
or reality to look for reality.
His mind doesn’t give rise to reality.
And reality doesn’t give rise to his mind.
And because both his mind
and reality are still,
he’s always connected with the All.
“Bodhidharma”

Without Self-Without Ego-Go with the Flow
Out of Dualism-One with the All
Having Faith, neither strength nor weakness is discernible in my hands,
True Peace Reigns in My Heart.
I don’t resist whatever comes,
In Emptiness I see Abundance,
The violence of ‘opposites’ transforms into Serenity,
Heavenly life means not walking a psychologically mechanical path.
In psychological dualism, movement is constantly opposed to stillness, indifference to pursuit,
Through fate I came into this world, and I will depart like the wind, in stillness there is consciousness,
Without difficulty, without fighting I accept things as they come but I follow the True Heart, the absence of affection includes affection.
Being Awakened I communicate only what conveys the essence,
I have already seen the alteration of situations in mortal life,
Yin and Yang unite and work together,
Mentally peaceful, Awakened to the serene nature of heaven,
With inner softness, Conscious of the wind’s peaceful nature,
Not walking a twisted and meaningless path means Heavenly life.
I move towards Inner Stillness, not consumed by psychological pursuit,
Through the flow I came into this world, and I will depart like the wind, in stillness there is consciousness,
Without difficulty, without conflict I accept things as they come but I follow the True Heart, the absence of affection includes affection.

The will of fire
The freedom of the air
The flow of water
The stability of the earth
The subtlety & immensity of the ether
Learn it all and then forget it all
Be the energy of the elements
Look within yourself
Free yourself from your ‘burdens’
Unlimited
Empty
Perpetual
Just like the Tao
The Source is the be-all
It contains you and you contain it
Awaken through experience & ‘Return’ to Tao
Go on until the distinction
between Tao and You is lost
Reach the Source-One with it
Every step leads to Liberation
Every step leads to Awakening

arrives without leaving,

in the palace of Nowhere
where all things are One.
There, finally, we will be able to talk
for what has no limit and no end.
“Chuang Tzu”
